About Laura

She offers EMDR therapy and specializes in anxiety and trauma. As a former college professor and lifelong learner, Laura continuously enhances her knowledge to better support her clients. With over fifteen years of experience, she also brings a specialized background in supporting first responders and their families, drawing from her time working alongside police as a crisis worker.
