Hi I'm Laura,

My team and I specialize in helping millennial professionals get unstuck, and start taking steps towards the life they envision. If you want to stop being bossed around by your nasty inner critic, deal with past, present or future concerns, feel less stressed out, overcome anxiety, and feel grounded in who you truly are, then go ahead and breathe a sigh of relief.

We've got you. 

Our approach to therapy isn't "just talking", we promise to not just nod and ask you over and over "and how does that make you feel?" My team and I have extensive knowledge in many different types of therapy and we tailor our approach to address your unique needs and goals. Helping you gain new perspectives and skills that will create lasting change and get you to where you want to be.

Sign up for a life-changing somatic breathwork session. With this 90-minute breathwork journey, you will free yourself from unprocessed emotion and rewire your nervous system, allowing you to start living the life you want! Sessions can be 1:1 or with a group and are offered both in person (in Niagara) or virtually, from anywhere in the world!
